- Makes 5 servings
- 2 poppers per serving

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces of plain cream cheese, softened
- 5 whole Jalapeño peppers
- 3 tablespoons of Bacon Bits
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut peppers in half and gently scoop out seeds. (If you remove the thin clear membrane along the inside of the pepper it will lose it’s heat).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, 4 oz of cheddar cheese and bacon together
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture
- Top the poppers with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese browns.
