- Makes 2 Servings
- 1 Filet per serving

Ingredients:
- 2 Tilapia Fish Fillets
- 1/4 Cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of minced garlic OR 1 tablespoon of pre minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons of salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoon of parsley (fresh or dried)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Instructions:
Preparation: Thaw fillets if frozen; let bag sit in cold water bath for 30 minutes OR thaw in fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix melted butter & minced garlic together to form garlic butter.
- In a new bowl, mix parmesan paprika
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Dip fillet in garlic butter, then bread it with the parmesan mixture.
- Place it on the baking sheet
- Repeat for second fillet.
- Sprinkle any remaining parmesan mixture on top of the filet, then press down on it to make it stick.
- Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 11 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle fillet with lemon juice, then serve immediately. If saving for later, put lemon juice on after you have reheated the fish; this prevents sogginess and overly bitter fish.
