For many women, managing their PCOS is sometimes very confusing and difficult. While I am not a medical professional, I am a woman with PCOS who is under close management of an Endocrinologist/Adolescent Medicine doctor who is fabulous. I’m sharing what works for ME. Everyone’s body’s are so much different that truthfully you never know how things will work.
