- PROS: Very pizza like, 6g net carbs for WHOLE crust, tastes wonderful.
- CONS: Somewhat pricy, $16.99 for a multiple topping pizza, only available in 10 inch.

This week, I saw that @ketoincolumbus on instagram had gone to Massey’s Pizza and tried their new cauliflower crust. She said it was good, but me being the pizza critic I am said “no way this is as good as everyone is making it sound”. So I went on the journey to try one of these pizza’s first hand…
I walked in, ordered my pizza (Philly Cheese Steak Cauliflower Pizza). Paid my $16.99 and about 20 minutes later I had my pizza, ready to eat. I took my first bite of the pizza, confused… I thought to myself “Are you sure they gave me a Keto pizza?”.

I continued to eat and realized how amazing the crust was! No matter what anyone says about pizza, the crust is the most important part. I have noticed that with Keto pizza’s they are typically soggy, but this was thin and crispy! Refer to the picture of just the crust.. MMMHM.
Another bonus about this pizza is that the crust is only 6g of net carbs for the WHOLE pizza. If you add sauce, its another 8g of net carbs but if you ask for light sauce it takes it down to 4g net carbs or 10g of net carbs for the WHOLE pizza. The two main ingredients in the crust are cauliflower and cheese, there is no flour or wheat! Gluten free! It is also sugar free!

If you get the pizza sauce, its another 8g of net carbs, but you can always ask for a light amount (4g NC) or none at all.
All in all, I really do recommend Massey’s Pizza. Let me know in the comments if you try it, and which pizza toppings you get!
